These Terms apply to your use of the Getawayfiord website and any reservation, service or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. Photo identification may be requested on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, the full balance is settled on departure.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is payable; no-shows are charged for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and offered exclusively to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Getawayfiord or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
